If so, you’ve probably already realized that none of these plans took YOUR needs into account. This is why, at Opex Baltimore, we start off with questions, not answers. These questions help us to formulate a personalized nutrition and exercise plan for you.
At Opex, we believe that every individual has unique goals, needs, abilities, and life demands, so any lifestyle and exercise plan must use those as a starting point. This is why we start with a conversation before even going into the gym. To determine the most effective course of action, it’s crucial for us to determine your starting point, as well as where you want to go. This will also give you a chance to learn more about our revolutionary On Site Training Program.
Our On Site Program features a fully personalized nutrition and exercise plan, ensuring that you are neither left behind, nor left wanting more. The On Site Program can respond to your unique needs in ways that “canned” exercise programs can’t, which is why so many fall short of their goals when trying to follow them. Also, we understand the importance of supporting your efforts in the gym with a healthy lifestyle, and we are here to guide you along that path as well, in small, actionable steps.
On Site Training includes:
Fully individualized programming based on your goals and abilities. By fully individualized, we mean that one of our expert coaches will write you a fitness program that is designed for YOU.
Initial Nutritional Consultation and ongoing support as needed.
Full staffed coaching hours for you to get eyes on you while you train. Floor coaching hours
Skype or in person consults every 46 weeks as needed. These help to keep us both on track and tuned in to training needs, lifestyle concerns, or are just a good way to catch up!
Full access to our facility, equipped with every bar, plate and toy you could ever need. Parking, showers, restrooms, and lockers, as well as access to train from 5:30am to 8:00pm all day long.
Use of our FITBOT software, for workout and benchmark tracking and reporting.
If you desire a bit more personal attention, we offer Personal Training sessions as well. The Personal Training sessions include the same lifestyle and fitness plan as the On Site program, but one of our expert coaches will be with you every step of the way to ensure you’re getting the most out of each and every workout.
We know that in order to help you achieve your fitness goals we need to provide support in 3 main areas: exercise, nutrition and lifestyle. The consult with your coach is the first step in the process of getting to know you, and showing you how we can help.
