Diet and Fitness can mean different things to different people. There is no one size fits all approach at Opex Baltimore.
That’s why when we create an individual exercise and diet plan for a client, it is based off of:
What the client wants out of their fitness. How will we define success in the client’s fitness program?
What we discover during the consult and assessment phases that could support or inhibit reaching the client’s fitness goals.
Our coaching experience and what needs to go into the fitness program to create a base of support, so that the goals of the client are reached in the safest and most efficient manner possible.
What type of diet is needed to support the client’s fitness and lifestyle goals.
There are countless single goals or combination of goals that we handle on a daily basis:
Improving strength and balance
Gaining lean mass
Improving sport performance
Off season field athletes… the list goes on.
Each of these specific tasks or goals require specific exercise and diet plans. Each client has different strengths and weaknesses that help or hinder their ability to reach their goals. Each client responds differently to macro(diet) combinations.
