There are no quick fixes. The road to self improvement is lifelong and patience is a must.
Our role as coaches is to provide guidance and support to facilitate you taking responsibility for your own health and fitness.
We are open to learning in all forms. Science and literature, personal experience and experimentation are our teachers.
We will lead from the front, only by actualizing our own health and fitness can we authentically guide our clients.

Working with Sean has transformed my fitness and health. I started “CrossFit”-ing solo in 2007. Eventually joined the group classes at Opex Baltimore in 2010, and finally moved to On Site programming with Sean in 2012. When I came to Opex, I thought I knew a lot about fitness and I was skeptical that I needed any help. I finally bit the bullet and signed up for On Site individualized programming with Sean when I injured my hand (outside of the gym), and wanted help training around the injury. That was four years ago.
Coach Troy at Opex Baltimore was recommended to me by my physical therapist, who I had been seeing for chronic hamstring and hip flexor issues. As a recreational triathlete, I had been sidelined for over a year due to injuries. After working out with Troy for just under a year, I couldn’t be happier with my progress! Troy took the time to understand my fitness goals, as well as determine my strengths and physical limitations in my then current fitness level.
